    Job Description

    Job DescriptionBrooklyn-based corporate office seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. The pay rate is $20/hour. This is a long-term temp assignment with the possibility to go permanent

    Working Hours:
    Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


    Responsibilities:

    • Providing excellent customer service to customers through various channels, including phone, and email.
    • Provide topnotch customer service to clients
    • Assist with preparing quotes
    • Managing and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Collaborating with various departments including Sales, Accounting, and shipping to resolve customer issues.
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 5 years of customer service experience, particularly in roles involving managing high call volumes as a Customer Service Representative.
    • Demonstrated history of consistent employment tenure
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
    • Keen attention to detail and accuracy, especially in payment processing.
    • Collaborative mindset, capable of working with other departments to achieve common objectives.
    • Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
