    **This is a non remote position at our Amityville location.**

    **Your mission**

    Your mission as the Customer Care Representative at Calico is to drive revenue through successful life cycle and high-quality touch client experience of each retailer in their territory, from the acquisition to the ongoing stage of their engagement with Calico. Success is defined by maximizing each retailers sales performance within a designated Calico Retailing Program referenced against the retailers potential based on properly executing the program success factor activities.

    **Calicos Customer Care Representative...**

    You play a key role in supporting a work environment where everyone can thrive.

    Process all inbound customer inquiries: customer order taking, shipping and product inquiries/issues, equipment service, billing dispensaries, payment processing, and general customer inquiries.

    Obtain excellent company and product knowledge to be able to provide extraordinary customer support.

    Handle freight logistics including assigning proper shipping methods to all orders, follow customer routing instructions and actively look for freight cost saving opportunities and manage carrier freight claims.

    Contact outside logistics groups for BOLs and shipping labels, tracking orders.

    Equipment and Product Troubleshooting and Resolution: dry fudge issues, finished fudge, kettle issues, equipment technical support, purchase parts, warranty management.

    Customer account administration as it relates to invoicing, folding to mail, reconciliation of carrier freight bills, contacting carrier for necessary credits, maintaining customer records in ERP system, and managing non-conformances following department procedures to insure completion in a timely manner.

    **Essential Requirements and Experience**

    High School Diploma/GED; College degree preferred.

    Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience; 3+ years of customer service experience preferred.

    Logistics experience (Freight routing) preferred.
