    **Customer Care Representative Qualifications:**

    Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Excel and knowledge of Sedona a plus.

    Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow through skills.

    Ability to multitask in a high volume and fast paced environment.

    Ability to complete assignments on time and with high degree of accuracy and completeness.

    Ability to work efficiently and proactively with other employees within the department.

    Ability to be co-worker friendly while enforcing our policies and procedures.

    Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

    **Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:**

    Data entry

    Answering phone calls and handling customer requests

    Additional administrative tasks as needed
