- Manage the financial health of the Agency team including:
- Annual budget planning and quarterly forecasting adjustments
- Optimization and ongoing maintenance of financial tracking and reporting system
- Partner with Agency leadership to plan and manage their respective budget line items
- Open purchase orders and process invoices
- Liaise with FP&A and Accounts Payable teams using Coupa, Vena and other platforms
- Onboard new vendors to our financial systems; oversee vendor payments, vendor relations, and contract renewals
- Audit, streamline and optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity across the Creative Agency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, proactively addressing potential issues to minimize project disruptions and maximize efficiencies
- Provide guidance and support to team members on operational best practices and procedures
- Lead individual projects and initiatives, with direction from the leadership team, that fall outside our standard campaign work (i.e. cultural initiatives, executive-level requests, vendor research and outreach, sector research, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, or Accounting is preferred
- Experience in budget planning and management required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets with a strong command of functions and formulas
- Experience in people operations and cross-functional project management is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and executing standardized business processes
- Experience in operations within a small or medium-sized team a plus
- Experience with , Vena and Coupa a plus, but not required
- Ability to perform certain administrative tasks, such as scheduling larger meetings and completing expense reports

Job Description
Reporting to the Lead of Account Management, the Creative Agency Finance and Operations Senior Associate will have a range of critical responsibilities to ensure the Success Academy Creative Agency runs efficiently and effectively.
