    We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Permanent Financial Controller to join our team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

    This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of casino accounting and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Oversee all company accounts and investments.
    Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
    Manage the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
    Implement and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
    Prepare all payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.
    Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
    Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
    Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
    Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
    Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
    A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience as a Financial Controller in the casino industry.
    Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
    Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
    Experience with creating financial statements.
    Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
    Must have a strong understanding of casino accounting.
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Ability to work closely with a senior management team.
