    Our Capital Planning & Portfolio Strategy solution is utilized by large enteprises worldwide to better prioritize capital project opportunities and drive long-term growth and profitability. Finario provides a single-source of truth for long-term planning, annual budgeting, approvals, forecasting and performance reporting.

    The Finance & Operations Manager will be reponsible for the financial and internal operations of the company including A/P, A/R, cash & expense management and financial reporting as well as human resource, office administration and special projects.

    This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO of this fast growing technology company.

    If you are good with numbers and motivated by getting things done rather than managing people, this role could be for you.

    Finario seeks a self-starter with a "can do" attitude interested in being a dynamic contributor to our worldwide growth.


    Responsibilities:
    Accounting - Make a modest number of monthly accounting entries (i.e. revenue, payroll)Invoicing
    • Generate and monitor annual client invoices and paymentsReporting
    • Prepare internal management reporting and work with our tax accountants for annual tax filingsCash Management
    • Manage our banking arrangements and liquidityTax Compliance
    • Interface with our tax accountants and manage sales tax compliance.

    Human Resources
    • Serve as the first point of contact on routine employee related mattersAdministration
    • Oversee the operations of our headquarters officeControl
    • Evaluate, analyze and manage wherever needed to support our growth.

    Desired Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experienceExperience in a software firm or another business selling products/solutions to other companiesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with QuickBooks OnlineDetail-oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow-throughNatural sense of curiosity with a desire to problem-solve for othersCompensation:Competitive Salary, 401(k), Healthcare
