As the Manager of Field Operations, you will oversee all operational aspects of our field projects, from initial planning through completion.

You will manage a team of field technicians and work closely with both our design and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

• Lead, supervise, and schedule field operations ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers and other department heads to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of networking and access control systems.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are met in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance and performance.
• Provide training and support to field staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in field operations within the low voltage industry, specifically in networking (computer, IT networking) and access control systems.
• Proven construction management experience with a solid understanding of project management principles.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of technicians and contractors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient with modern technology and industryspecific software and tools.
• Relevant certifications in networking, project management, or related fields are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Working experience with Control
• Experience in a fastpaced, technologydriven environment.
