Summary:


The Maintenance Operations Manager will be responsible for the timely and profitable delivery of maintenance services to our customer base.

This includes directly managing the maintenance service department, budget, and P&L.

A successful Maintenance Operations Manager must be proficient in all aspects of customer maintenance and emergency support and must be an independent thinker with excellent leadership, observational, and analytical skills.

Ultimately, a top-notch Maintenance Operations Manager is goal-oriented and has a strong working knowledge of the fieldwork being performed.

Director of PSG


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration facility management, engineering, or a relevant field required.
  • Master's degree in business administration will be a plus.
  • Relevant work experience in a similar capacity of 5+ years managing a team of direct reports.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of the DMW&H organization, customers, consultants, and upper management.
  • Microsoft Word, Teams, and MS Excel are required.
  • Good communication, customer service, and problemsolving skills.
  • Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, and independent thinking.
  • Ability to lead work within an operating facility with the requirement to practice, train others, and uphold safety standards.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to have foresight in predicting risks and issues.
  • Must have the ability to successfully embrace an environment of ambiguity, change and problem resolution.
  • Commitment required. Able to set and meet goals; sincere care for others; overwhelming desire to win and to be part of a winning team.

Responsibilities:


  • Hire, train, and motivate Field Maintenance Technicians.
  • Assess Department and individual Team capabilities to create and implement improvement plans.
  • Manage TPC Training program deployment and annual contract.
  • Coordinate & manage technical training.
  • Safety Policy enforcement and coordination
  • Partner with Field Maintenance Manager to travel to customer sites and evaluate field work.
  • Auditing expenses, work orders and time sheet submittals.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships.
  • Subcontractor invoicing, approval & audit.
  • P & L Financial evaluation Direct & Indirect Labor costs
  • Manage technical tools (i.e. cell phones, iPads and GPS Systems)
  • Manage Truck Fleet maintenance, registrations, and insurance.
  • Manage Firestone fleet National Account for vehicle maintenance.
  • Department expense analysis vs. budgets.
  • Assist with SAP deployment.
  • May be assigned to special projects or required to perform other duties not listed above, which may vary from time to time as determined by management, to meet company needs.

Pay:
$90, $120,000.00 per year
