    Description
    Reporting to the Head of Operations for Finance, the Process Standardization Lead is responsible for Finance's process standardization efforts. The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a framework to standardize, simplify and optimize Finance processes as well as defining taxonomy requirements and establishing ownership across Finance's processes. The individual will be supported by direct reports.

    Responsibilities
    • Support Finance process owners in their adoption of a consistent and integrated approach to process management using common capabilities to drive process standardization and optimization
    • Lead interactions between the Enterprise CEAM team and the Finance disciplines to ensure the creation and adoption of a dedicated process taxonomy for Finance services and processes
    • Partner with Resource Management to establish a framework enabling Finance disciplines to use the common process taxonomy to document roles and responsibilities for all Finance personnel
    • Develop framework to standardize, simplify and optimize how work is completed, monitored, measured across Finance, utilizing enterprise methodologies, frameworks, etc. when appropriate
    • Create consistent operational practices and standards (e.g., documentation standards, SLA and KPI standards, quality standards, continuous improvement, re-engineering) and monitor adherence across Finance
    • Support implementation of related initiatives working with relevant stakeholders and teams, including working on MCA Transformation and Process Ownership across Finance Knowledge, Experience, and Skills
      • Extensive experience in managing highly visible, complex initiatives and/or consulting experience; Capable of diving into details, while bringing a strategic ad big picture perspective
      • Deep subject matter expertise in process improvement and change management specifically in a large financial services organization
      • Demonstrated skills in building and developing teams
      • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
      • Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior managers
      • Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to mutli-task effectively in a high-volume environment
      • Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and provide direction with judgement and authority to enable effective validation with senior stakeholders.
      • Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing
      • Bachelors Degree, Masters Preferred

        Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
        $170, $300,000.00
