Cheetah ) is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to be responsible for all account management job duties after the account is closed with the Account Executives. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve revenue goals and meet clients expectations.

Manage 150 Accounts
Accounts order weekly
Orders are profitable
Monthly Revenue and product margin growth
Key Responsibilities include:
Day to day support
Delivery Delays
OOS
Same Day

Recurring Order Issues / Adjustments
Delivery Day Adjustments
New Product Requests
Manually take / input orders for legacy customers
Business Reviews and Volume Analysis
Quarterly Business Reviews to monitor satisfaction and grow the business.
Operational Performance Review for key KPIs
On Time
Upcoming Seasonality Expectations
Understand the customer's monthly, quarterly, or seasonal menu adjustments
Identify opportunities to sell new products
Adjust weekly volume estimates
New product introductions
Keep customers informed of new / interesting products relevant to their business
New features and app updates
Educate customers on new features and functionality in the app / on the website
Training
Help customer train new staff on use of the app / website
Industry Expertise
Leverage Cheetah staff and affiliates (category managers, buyers, brokers) to advise customers.
Ask for referrals
Happy customers love to talk about us
Grow the catalog for customers
If customer places regular, consistent orders, help then process new item requests
You Have/Are:
Experience working in restaurants is preferred
You're self motivated and get things done
You think by putting yourself in the shoes of the user
You are very analytical and communicate clearly
You are comfortable getting your hands dirty
You're passionate about restaurants and small businesses and committed to building a powerhouse from the ground up
Coachable, flexible and self-motivated. You can hit the ground running, and your drive to succeed is off the charts
An excellent communicator with professional phone and in-person skills.
Being creative and thinking on your feet isn't just something you're good at, it's something you love. When faced with a new challenge, failure simply isn't an option
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm PST
Must have account management experience for SMBs or Restaurants
Must be Bilingual in Spanish
