Job Summary:
Duties:
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Drive sales growth through upselling, crossselling, and renewals
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions
- Conduct warm calling to generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve strategic goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Experience:
- Proven experience in account management, technical sales, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficiency in warm calling, business development, technology sales, and negotiation techniques
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year
