    Our popular hotel is searching for room service servers with a welcoming smile and a positive customer service attitude to set the tone for our guests inn room dining experience. Our servers are committed to providing great customer experience to our visitors, and our ideal applicant maintains a cheerful and polite approach toward both guests and employees.     Responsibilities:
    • Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations
    • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
    • Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations
    • Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
    • Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests
    Qualifications:
    • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
    • We prefer some experience working in the food service industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
    • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
    • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
