Impact is hiring a Business Applications Support Specialist for our nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace

The Business Applications Support Specialist is an important part of our Software Services Post Sales Team. The Post Sales Team is responsible for managing the implementation activities along with the support services for our clients. As a Business Applications Support Specialist, you will be focusing on customer related issues/tickets and escalating when needed.

This individual will be an effective communicator and have a passion to work with our clients to understand their business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolves basic and more complex customer issues
  • Provide technical guidance for customers
  • Develop and implement solutions for our Document Management software and Business Process Automation software based on requirements given
  • Investigate problems and common errors using resources, technical tools, and any other means necessary
  • Keep track of common issues and ensure proper documentation of issues
  • Perform and lead training of our Document Management software

Things We Are Looking For

Desired Skills:


  • Business or MIS/Computer Science Degree (or necessary training of equivalent nature)
  • Excellent understanding in Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019)
  • Excellent understanding of databases (MSSQL, MySQL)
  • General programming and development proficiencies (.NET, C#, JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, etc)
  • Strong customer service communication and skills
  • Knowledgeable in General Network Infrastructure
  • General PC/Software Troubleshooting Ability
  • Knowledgeable in business processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • High degree of selfmotivation
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Results oriented
