Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic server/bartender to provide an excellent guest dining and drinking experience. Must be able to provide and create great experiences exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes base wage and tips.Responsibilities
- Prepare and/or serve food and alcoholic or nonalcoholic beverages, for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish server and bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a server and bartender
- Excellent knowledge of service, as well as mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the service areas and bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
