- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Manage project and vendor files both on cloud and via hard files.
- Data Entry into various systems
- Communicate with Senior Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on a daily basis to ensure documentation is submitted on schedule.
- Will manage submittal process for all projects within the company.
- Ensure all insurance documentation is kept up on all projects.
- Previous experience in office administration years)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have strong experience with Excel, Word, & Email
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Plus skills: Previous experience working for a Union Construction Company, Experience with Textera or Procore, and any exposure to SAGE 100 Contractor would be a bonus.
