- Supervise and coordinate day to day activities of the clerical, medical, nursing, and medical records personnel
- Evaluate staff performance and make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, transfers, and promotions
- Oversee the proper completion of staff payroll and ensure that record-keeping is accurate
- Manage resources in an efficient manner, ensuring expenses are within budget
- Actively participates in Performance Improvement processes
- Introduce and enforce Hospital Policies to the clinic
- High level of knowledge of, and experience with, relevant regulations to ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and ability to pass inspections (i.e. Joint Commission, DOH, etc.)
- Experience with Meditech and Athena
- Ability to audit clinic activities and create efficiencies

Celebrating over 110 years of community care, the 257-bed facility provides people of all faiths with comprehensive preventive, diagnostic treatment and rehabilitative services, regardless of ability to pay.
