Regional Manager, Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) - Northern New JerseyCompany Overview

Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the NEMT services in Northern New Jersey, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures;
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the region;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, certifying agencies, and community organizations;
- Manage and mentor a team of drivers and staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets;
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement best practices and standards for NEMT services;
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage;
- Prepare and present reports on regional performance and initiatives to senior management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred);
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the NEMT industry, with a strong understanding of basic life support services;
- Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a fastpaced environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions
- Developmentminded with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation;
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the NEMT industry, specifically in NJ/PA;
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
- Active EMT License (preferred vs. required)

$60, $83,381.98 per year
