    Job Description:


    We are seeking a skilled Translation Validation Specialist with expertise in localization for Japanese, language and other major languages supported by our workforce.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of translation validation processes and methodologies, coupled with proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Azure stack technologies for language localization projects.


    Responsibilities:


    validation and quality assurance of translations for various content types, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance across target languages, including German, Japanese, Spanish, Mandarin, and others as required.

    with translation teams and subject matter experts to review translated content, identify discrepancies, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
    and maintain validation guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality localized content.

    Microsoft Azure stack technologies and other relevant tools for translation and localization projects, including translation management systems (TMS) and content management systems (CMS).

    closely with cross-functional teams, including localization engineers, project managers, and linguists, to streamline localization processes and optimize workflows.
    in the creation and maintenance of glossaries, style guides, and terminology databases to facilitate consistent and accurate translations.
    updated on industry trends, advancements in localization technologies, and emerging linguistic challenges to continuously improve translation validation processes.
    training and support to internal teams and external vendors on localization best practices, tools, and technologies.


    Qualifications:
    degree in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

    experience in translation validation and localization for multiple or any of these languages, with a focus on German, Japanese, Spanish, Mandarin, and other major languages.

    proficiency in using Microsoft Azure stack technologies for translation and localization projects.
    with translation management systems (TMS), content management systems (CMS), and other localization tools and platforms.
    communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.
    to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance, with a keen eye for linguistic nuances and cultural sensitivities.
    to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    in translation, localization, or related field (e.g., ATA certification) is a plus.
