    Position Summary

    The Data Entry Lead is part of the Customer Experience Team and has direct oversight of the logistics of Data Entry Technicians. This position will help with daily workflow and help train new hires. This position will work with management and the technicians to maintain productivity throughout the day.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • Monitors, appraises, and reviews the work of the Data Entry team.
    • Applies data management techniques within the team to ensure accuracy and timely flow of information to meet specific deadlines.
    • Mentors new Data Entry team members.
    • Reinforces job expectations to the Data Entry team.
    • Collaborates with quality control to identify training needs.
    • Works with team members to meet KPIs and to create a feedback loop to properly communicate expectations.
    • Collaborates in a cohesive manner with supervisors and managers to achieve team goals.
    • Enforces company policies and procedures as necessary.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus.     Experience and Qualifications
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
    • Registered with the Texas Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician and have a valid CPhT certification.
    • Experience in keyboard typing, speed, and accuracy required.
    • 1 year of experience in a data entry technician role preferred.
    • Experience in data entry environment preferred.
    • Experience working and coaching large teams preferred.
