OZ Digital LLC is seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating various types of data into our systems.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. If you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:


  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database systems.
  • Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain data integrity by conducting regular data audits and quality checks.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Assist with data cleaning and data validation tasks as needed.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record keeping.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and managers.

Requirements:


  • Proficient in typing and data entry skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with data entry software or tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
