Job Summary_

Entry-Level Installer Responsibilities:
- Pull and route networking cabling, including ethernet and fiber optic cables in commercial and new construction environments
- Install, terminate, and test all forms of connections, including ethernet, data and voice jacks, patch panels, etc.
- Install support structures, such as ladders, racks, jhooks, mounts, cable ties, etc.
- Other duties as required by job supervisor
Entry-Level Installer Qualifications:
- Experience preferred. No experience required.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to climb ladders and follow work site safety procedures
- Need to have basic hand tools.
Lead Installer Responsibilities:
- Install and service a variety of security and access control devices including magnetic locks, door strikes, keypads, badge readers, motion detectors, push bars, CCTV systems, surveillance cameras, and more
- Perform troubleshooting to identify the cause of any product or system failure
- Experience with dressing out closets
- Experience with terminating fiber
- Experience building out IDFs / MDFs
- Lead a team, ensuring all tasks are completed successfully and ontime
- Resolve installation and service issues onsite or remotely
- Build strong customer relationships through quality service and technical support
- Read and interpret project documents, including blueprints, schedules, and operations manuals
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending trainings, seminars, webinars, events, etc
- Accurately complete all required documentation, such as JSA's, daily turnovers, and inhouse project related documentation
- Ability to interact effectively with peers, subordinates, superiors, and customers
- Must have communication, problem solving and leadership skills
Lead Installer Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of related experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
