- Develop broker and owner relationships to source value-add and core-plus investment opportunities for industrial and flex asset types.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Texas industrial market.
- Provide well-researched assumptions and market data to analysts and associates to assist in underwriting acquisition opportunities.
- Prepare Investment Committee materials for all industrial acquisitions and participate in presentations.
- Provide regular internal market and pipeline reporting and influence investment strategy for the industrial market.
- Manage the due diligence and closing process for industrial acquisitions and dispositions.
- 5 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in investment or brokerage.
- Extensive knowledge of the Texas industrial market.
- Strong existing relationships with both brokers and principals.
- A gritty and determined work ethic, with a proven track record of executing complex transactions.
- Ability to present investment opportunities to the firm's Investment Committee and investors.
- Impeccable communication and analytical capabilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for real estate investing.
