    Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Health Services specializing in Account Management & Business Development to join our team. The Vice President will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the healthcare industry.

    Your role in our mission

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets, market expansion, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Lead a team of account managers responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling of services.
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and pursuing opportunities for partnerships, alliances, and collaborations with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities within the healthcare industry.
  • Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings, bids, and negotiations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, decision-makers, and influencers within client organizations.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the account management and business development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Track, measure, and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of account management and business development efforts, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards, while proactively managing risks associated with client engagements and business development activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including operations, finance, marketing, and legal, to support the successful execution of client projects and initiatives.
  • What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in account management, business development, and strategic planning within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to address client needs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and reimbursement models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Prior experience successfully managing and growing a P&L of over $15M

    The pay range for this position is $160, $228,600.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
