    Remote BUT must be located in Northern VA or Richmond, VA area Partnership Marketing Manager OrthoVirginia is seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Department. This role will be expected to have a professional demeanor, with the ability to manage professional, collegiate, and community partnerships while focusing on strategic implementations for optimizing partnerships. Able to communicate clearly internally and externally at a variety of levels. This individual will be detail-oriented and able to manage various tasks and meet demanding deadlines. The ability to take initiative and ownership of the partnership portfolio, proactively recommend solutions, and make informed decisions in alignment with our organizational values is essential. Expectations Be a strategic thinker, exemplifying knowledge and expertise in partners' respective categories Deliver significant value to partnerships through best practices and understanding of the company's objectives Establish ownership of the program and be able to communicate updates and decisions across various levels within the organization Be proactive in their approach. Challenge the historical approach to partnerships. Communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of 20+ partnerships across the state by overseeing and executing across all elements of sponsorship contracts within portfolio, including TV and radio media, digital assets, print advertising, stadium signage, special events, hospitality, and in-game promotions Oversee and respond to sponsorship inquiries and assist with evaluation of new sponsorship opportunities Collaborate with Head of Marketing and legal to negotiate sponsorship terms with new sponsorship partners. Manage and track a pre-determined partnerships budget Manage a system to effectively track active partnerships Develop and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and day-to-day partner contacts Work closely with relationship managers to activate sponsorships. Attend weekly marketing team meeting Meet monthly with Executive Directors to discuss sponsorship strategy and activation. Meet with key sponsorship partners regularly to discuss partnerships and metrics. Develop and implement sponsorship activation plans for each region and key sponsorships. Responsible for retaining and renewing current partners grounded in key category insights and brand objectives, while considering internal profitability thresholds and expectations Work collaboratively with other departments to provide efficient and effective activation of the marketing assets Assist in the coordination of events and game day experiences, gather content for social media and other uses.

    Track and compile appropriate metrics that demonstrate ROI in conjunction with property partners Travel to select events on behalf of the company and display a true level of professionalism Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, degree in marketing concentration in sports marketing highly preferred 5 + years of experience preferred with consumer brand, agency or media/sports property Availability and willingness to work and attend home games and assigned events Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams Experience in developing activation marketing plans, promotions, presentations and proposals and demonstrated knowledge of general promotional concepts and marketing principles Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal and corporate relationships Strong organizational skills, time management and attention to detail Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.

    Excellent verbal and written communications skills Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information Self-starter, with ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to commute to select company locations, with some overnight and weekend travel required Pre-Employment background check, drug screen and TB test required for all new hires.
