    About the Opportunity
    With a successful Kickstarter campaign under our belt, we are shifting our efforts towards expanding sales and production. To that end, we are looking for an innovative and growth-minded Marketing Manager to join the team.

    In this role you will own Rendyr's earned and paid digital marketing and eCommerce efforts to grow our sales, taking projects from idea to execution.

    At the core, you care about building a strong brand relationship with our active and future customers. Beyond marketing projects, this position will also have the opportunity to shape the development of Rendyr's marketing department.

    As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
    Independently developing and executing marketing objectives based on strategic business goals.
    Crafting and executing effective multi-channel earned and paid media campaigns to achieve our engagement and sales objectives.

    Managing and optimizing our segmentation strategy across all marketing channels, using data and creativity to explore and test new segments and gain a deeper understanding of diverse customer needs.

    Partnering and project managing with diverse teams to develop marketing content that resonates with our target audience and reflects a cohesive brand voice and customer journey.

    Designing and managing dynamic, personalized email campaigns.
    Collaborating in the development of our new eCommerce website to ensure successful and measurable digital marketing efforts.

    Analyzing performance of our marketing campaigns, suggesting actionable strategies to improve performance (across awareness, conversion, and cost), and reporting metrics and insights to key stakeholders.

    Collaborating in our strategic planning, bringing your marketing perspective to the table to support Rendyr's leadership in determining our growth targets and resource allocation.

    Becoming an expert on Rendyr's products, intimately understanding our laser cutter, its accessories, and the materials it works with.
    Cultivating and leading a high-performing marketing team as we grow.
    Managing and maintaining our customer database to support growth, engagement, and customer success.

    Education & Work Related Experience
    4+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing, E-commerce, or Product role.
    A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    Experience managing national and/or global digital marketing campaigns.
    You are knowledgeable in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
    You are proficient in email marketing software (more bonus points for previous experience with Klaviyo or MailChimp).
    You are proficient in basic graphic design software such as Canva and Photoshop.
    Experience in building and managing the development of E-commerce websites.
    Experience in consumer electronics or craft industries.
    You are the perfect balance of an analytical brain mixed with a creative mind. You know how to make processes more efficient, drive results through technology, AND make it look pretty.
    You are a good communicator and collaborate well with others. You are a team player.
    You are comfortable working in a hybrid/in-office work environment and live a commutable distance to Blacksburg, Virginia.
