    Description

    Summary:


    In this role, you will co-create and execute the Global Public Sector (GPS) integrated campaign strategy and field marketing programs for our Public Sector Federal Civilian line of business.

    This role will work across the global GPS field marketing team, and partner closely with other field marketers, product marketing, events, sales programs, GTM, Digital Transformation, Customer Marketing and sales leaders to support pipe generation, pipe maturation and closing programs.


    Responsibilities:
    Align to the SVP of AMER Public Sector sales leading the Federal Civilian line of business.
    Manage and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, content syndication and paid social.

    Partner with our Email Program Manager to build and launch emails for relevant content, webinars, and other prioritized programs and field activities.

    Source and execute 3rd party and content syndication partnerships to drive pipeline efforts.
    Execute paid social campaigns via LinkedIn.
    Align with shared services functions (Creative and Web) to support marketing activities.
    Work with global marketing operations team to ensure standard campaign setup and reporting.
    Partner with BDR managers to ensure smooth lead follow-up and opportunity creation.

    Support half-yearly integrated marketing campaign planning, using data & insights to inform our Public Sector field marketing & campaign strategy.

    Education and Experience:

    5-7 years of marketing, B2B marketing experience preferred
    Experience in Field marketing working with Sales and ideally experience with the Public Sector/ Government organizations
    Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and use collaboration tools
    Very high attention to detail
    Cross-functional team player with the ability to prioritize multiple projects
    Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills


    Compensation:


    The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
