    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in agency sales, who is ready to take their career to the next level. As an Account Executive at Erabond, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, helping to expand our reach and impact through our innovative Hubspot CRM solutions.

    What You'll Do:

    • Identify and target potential clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our CRM solutions to illustrate their benefits and fit for potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while fostering client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the revenue operations team to improve client experience.
    • Identify and execute upsell opportunities.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and sales strategies to remain competitive and effective in the market.

    What We're Looking For:

    • 1-2 years of sales experience, with a background in tech or software sales highly preferred.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to understand client needs and handle objections effectively.
    • Passionate about technology and its role in business growth and efficiency.
    • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and contribute to a team.
