Infusion for Health is a referral-based infusion center that services all providers in multiple locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Missouri.

Our center is unique and offers individual comfortable private rooms for our patients.

Our mission is to provide exceptional service in the administration of infusion therapy in a comfortable, patient-focused environment by providing exemplary professional clinical care.


Our company is continuing to grow and we're looking for a Provider Development Director to manage our infusion centers in Los Angeles area.


Position Summary


The PDD will also develop, execute, and report to management on sales development plans that includes performance on key metrics, resources required to drive growth, and investments needed to improve efficiency.

Additionally, he/she will work with a broad spectrum of partners in the care process including, pharmaceutical representatives, local health plans and IPAs, and health systems.


Responsibilities

  • Meet with targeted physician practices to assess practice referral patterns, educate staff on Infusion For Health Services, and secure new patient referrals.
  • Determine top provider targets, execute activities to engage, and establish strong relationships with these providers.
  • Monitor ongoing performance of practices and identify ways to grow referral volume and document success and report results to management.
  • Manage relationships with key high volume accounts
  • Provide feedback to Infusion For Health marketing and operational teams to continually improve patient and provider engagement
  • Assist Manager in community engagement and outreach programs to grow brand awareness in the local market
  • Assess provider reports, lead development and implementation of action plans
  • Identify, document and collaborate with teammates on best practices
  • Meet and exceed quota and goals set by manager

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills and experience working with physicians' offices.
  • Health industry experience
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in sales
  • B.A. degree in business, healthcare, finance, or related field
  • Ability to develop and execute action plans for key accounts with mínimal direction required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and organizational skills
  • Goaloriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed quotas and goals
  • Ability to work collaboratively to continuously improve patient and provider engagement
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with assigned strategic practices and keep accurate records of all activity for reporting purposes.

Pay:
$80, $85,000.00 per year
