- Provide administrative support to an executive, including managing phone, calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
- Manage expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.
- Support in the coordination of logistics for client events, industry conferences, and promotional opportunities.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed to support client projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments within UTA to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the entertainment industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
