Description
Digital Brand Products is now the United Talent Agency Creators Product Group.

We are seeking a Licensing Coordinator to work directly with the head of UTA CPG.

UTA CPG is a leader in helping talent and digital influencers build brands at retail. Passion for the creator economy and experience in social media encouraged for this roll. Experience in our key product verticals; fashion, beauty, home, and food would also be highly encouraged.


Requirements:


Specific Responsibilities:


  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an active calendar of appointments; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Reach out to new customer and clients with sales opportunities
  • Extensively research new talent leads, new vendor leads, work to populate and build salesforce database
  • Coordinate and execute correspondences for CEO. Take notes and follow up on calls and meetings.
  • Complete special projects and miscellaneous tasks as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:


  • 35 years of work experience, with previous experience managing a busy executive calendars a must.
  • Obsessed with Social Media, and savvy with all major social media apps.
  • Advanced MS Outlook skills, especially excel or google sheet.
  • Exceptional calendar management and scheduling skills, extremely organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proactive, detailoriented, and extremely organized
  • Monitors and reads online media/news and blogs on a daily basis
  • Passionate about creators and the creator business. Digitally savvy, extremely hardworking, problemsolving and culturally aware
  • This individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive in helping advance company goals and supporting team members.
**Compensation: $60,000-$75,000 + Bonus Eligibility + Company Benefits
