The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee book of business for assigned agents and coordinators, including regular touchpoints to ensure complete and accurate booking data and reports
  • Review and coordinate the processing of client payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and tax requirements
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on invoices, statements, collections, debits, and any inquiries regarding client accounts
  • Maintain client bookings and review data for accuracy and completeness while considering internal controls and account revenue recognition standards
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and contract administration
  • Partner in any special projects and adhoc requests as needed
  • Coordinate with the Cash Management team as necessary to ensure payments are identified correctly and applied to the correct booking as it relates to their specific agents (ex. Unidentified funds)
  • Working closely with the department manager and collaborate across teams
  • Provide guidance to staff team members and consultants
  • Regularly syncing and providing customer service to Agent, Assistants, Business Managers and other third parties associated with internal Clients
  • Reviewing regular reporting to agents to facilitate forecasted dollars, collections, date verifications and insights into client performance
What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of accounting experience at a Big 4 Firm preferred
  • Audit or assurance experience required
  • Entertainment experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service focused role preferred
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotived and tenacious; to be successful, the role requires persistence and followup
  • Proficient in all Microsoft systems and other accounting systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle very high volume of transactions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of fundamental accounting principles (Ex. Revenue Recognition)
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels (including management)
  • Highenergy level and a strong work ethic, and selfstarter with the ability to work independently but also collaboratively
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to processes and procedures while working in a very fastpaced environment
  • Experience with financial & enterprise systems such as NetSuite
