Description

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

Monitor the receipt of cash, checks, wires, ACH payments from buyers and clients
Responsible for researching any unapplied cash to client bookings
Reconcile cash receipts backup to the booking detail
Research variances between booking and cash receipt
Provide backup to other team members who are responsible for client receivable related filling
Address stakeholder inquires
Assist with ad hoc requests

What You Will Need

1+ years of Accounting experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Mathematics is strongly preferred
Previous experience within Entertainment or Banking highly preferred
Prior experience in a customer service focused role a plus
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skill must be able to explain accounting details and concepts
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
