United Talent Agency (UTA) seeks an Assistant to support a Co-Head of UTA Creators.

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who has exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with industry-leading talent and contribute to the success of UTA's Creators Division.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 per hour.

What You'll Do

  • Provide administrative support to an executive, including managing phone, calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Manage expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software.
  • Support in the coordination of logistics for client events, industry conferences, and promotional opportunities.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support client projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments within UTA to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and problemsolve independently.
  • A passion for entertainment and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
