Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Coordinates with project crew to ensure all project data, costs, hours are captured and
updated in company records regularly.
Coordinates with vendors to get bids, negotiate bids, and get all documentation.
Issue contracts and record committed costs and change orders.
Assist with basic accounting tasks like reconciling costs and time spent on projects,
material on site etc.
Maintaining updated and accurate directory of suppliers, contacts, and clients.
Track and manage invoices from vendors and to customers.
Keeping detailed notes and logs of change orders and job site notes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Need to have general construction knowledge and familiarity with AIA documents.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data
management.
Confident in written and verbal communication.
Must be highly organized and able to track many details on the go.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting preferred but not required.
Pre-Screen
Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.
License & Certifications:
Driver License Required.
Travel Requirements:
Must be willing to travel and work away from home.

Safety
Due to the inherently dangerous nature of the industry and requirements to work with or around hazardous equipment, employees must have sufficient eyesight to judge distance/coordination of equipment and tools, be able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods, be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, be able to wear personal protective equipment as necessary, be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times a day, have the endurance necessary to traverse various terrain, be capable of performing job duties throughout a standard 8- or 10-hour day, be able to communicate with others, read, write, and comprehend written/verbal job instructions and information, and communicate and handle conflict professionally.
Exhibits and carries out cognitive problem-solving skills.
Able to read, comprehend, and visualize job build and all prints.
Works near/around energized, hazardous parts and equipment.
Exposed to traffic.
Works around excessive noise from machines (bore drill, backhoe, trencher, mini excavator, bucket trucks, digger derricks, concrete saw, jackhammers).
May exposed to hot and cold environments, poisonous plants or reptiles, and stinging insects.
