Job Overview:

Germfree prides themselves on engineering and developing innovative solutions that make an impact out in the real world. The ERP System Admin is primarily responsible for supporting end-users (i.e.

permissions, authorizations, access, general support, etc.), maintaining and developing crystal reports, and documenting solutions for our ERP System (Global Shop).

The ERP System Admin will use strong communication and influence skills to work well with all departments and to advise the organization on how to improve system performance and functionality.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Create crystal reports for endusers using a variety of reporting tools, inside and outside of Global Shop ERP system.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of manufacturing process flows within the Global Shop ERP system.
  • Work together with personnel to document and improve processes.
  • Develop strong knowledge of data base table relationships and indexes.
  • Provide ERP enduser support for departments (Such as handle requests for user/role/partner/account management, workflow design and troubleshooting, train users and ensure proper system access for all roles, etc.)
  • Assist internal Power Users in creating materials and providing training sessions to endusers.
  • Be main point of contact to Global Shop for Germfree.
  • Coordinate with Global Shop Support on integration projects.
  • Investigate and remedy variances between Global Shop and ancillary systems.
  • Configure and customize Global Shop ERP system features to meet changing business and operational requirements.
  • Accurately and promptly import, export, update mass data into tables.
  • Monitor system usage, scripts, and performance.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for data quality, change management, customization, usage, etc.
  • Assess and recommend other key technologies to enhance business processes on the Global Shop platform.
  • Stay updated on Global Shop functionality, releases, customizations, and integrations and communicate to internal Team.
  • Manage incidents and change requests through the service desk.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:


  • Familiar with Global Shop ERP system.
  • CompTIA DataSys+ Certification (or similar).
  • Prior Data Base Admin experience (3+ years).
  • Have strong knowledge of manufacturing process flows within the ERP system.
  • Excellent communication skills with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Working knowledge of csv imports, user provisioning, defining roles, report analytics and scheduling scripts.
  • Experience in designing, modifying, and creating business processes that will be used to implement. technology solutions and roadmaps.
  • Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of data base management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail and quality.
  • Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization.
  • Effective listening skills with ability to interpret and share information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and manage multiple demands while staying within established timelines.
  • Ability to work positively both independently and within a team environment, sharing expertise with others.
  • Ability to take ownership of personal development and communicate with manager about development objectives and goals.
  • Ability to accept coaching and constructive feedback while consistently providing effort towards improving performance.
  • Drive for results and a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to work outside of normal working hours to provide support based on assignments and projects.

Preferred Skills and Abilities:


  • 3+ years of solid Global Shop Admin experience with advanced understanding of the Global Shop platform.
  • Understanding of accounting principles, basic financial statements, and the System Development Life Cycle.

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience and training.
  • CompTIA DataSys+ Certification (or similar).
