Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team.

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing production and warehouse and ensuring efficient workflow.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay.


Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of shop personnel
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Inspect equipment and machinery for proper functioning and maintenance needs
• Train new employees on safety procedures and job responsibilities
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving productivity and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude to assemble, fabricate, and repair equipment as needed
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problemsolving abilities to address issues that may arise in the shop

Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
