In your role, you will advise our Real Estate Structured Finance departments comprehensively on banking-related issues with IT-related implementation.

Specifically, you will lead cross-functional projects and guide complex implementation scenarios to success - making a significant contribution to our transformation topics.

Together with your team of project managers and business analysts, you will optimize our business processes, functional concepts, and business data models.

In terms of comprehensive stakeholder management, you will coordinate all stakeholders (including project management, development, and operations) and mediate between departmental interests and IT strategy.

Successfully completed studies in economics (e.g. business administration, economics), computer science, or business informatics - preferably supplemented by a second degree or a doctorate Several years of professional experience in leading interdisciplinary projects with IT implementation focus - ideally in management consulting - including disciplinary or technical leadership Highly experienced in stakeholder management with the management of departments and IT Profound knowledge of credit processes in real estate financing as well as in processes, methods, and tools of project management Highly skilled in optimizing and digitalizing business processes as well as in structuring and describing functional requirements Additional advantage: experienced in
