Til Valhalla Project (T.V.P.) is a veteran-owned apparel company dedicated to Honoring Fallen Heroes by providing free memorial plaques to their families and reducing Veteran Suicide.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect returned merchandise, checking for quality and condition of the product to determine disposition.
- Proper repackaging and labeling of products being returned to stock.
- Coordinate with inventory to return product back into stock for resale.
- Provide excellent customer support through timely processing of customer returns and exchanges.
- Requires high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Other tasks as assigned to meet team goals.

SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE
Actively support team concepts and effectively communicate with team members. Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal. Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements. Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment. Remain flexible to work overtime as required. Be willing to learn and adapt to a growing and evolving business culture.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS1-2 years of prior returns or similar experience. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION High school graduate or equivalent experience.
