    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and children? Smart Sitting is seeking enthusiastic babysitters and nannies to join their network.

    Located in New York City, Smart Sitting also provides services in Jersey City, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Chicago, among other U.S. cities. They offer personalized support throughout your time with them, ensuring you are matched with ideal families and roles that meet your professional needs.

    Currently, they are hiring for flexible, part-time, and full-time nanny positions in New York and New Jersey, with rates ranging from $25-35+/hour for full-time roles and $20-25+/hour for flexible positions.

    Smart Sitting values candidates with at least 2 years of recent experience in childcare, strong references, excellent communication skills, a family-friendly online presence, and a commitment to work with them for at least 6 months.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in childcare
    • 2-3 strong references from previous childcare roles
    • Strong communication skills
    • Passion for working with children
    • Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
    • Active on family-friendly social media
    • Available to work with Smart Sitting for at least 6 months
