Specific
Responsibilities:
- Chaperone physicians in exam rooms.
- Assist in unpacking and restocking supplies.
- Turn over rooms between patients and assist with exam/procedure room maintenance
- Assist with the preparation of paperwork required for monitoring and appointments
- Conforms to applicable HIPAA, Billing compliance and safety guidelines.
- Pregnancy Scans
- Related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of medical office, general office, customer service, or related experience
- Computer experience essential
