We are looking for a Houseman to ensure that company standards on public area/guest traffic areas, back of house areas, and other areas as directed are maintained.

• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked at all times.
• Proper utilization and care of equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of public areas, back of house areas, high traffic areas, etc.
• Thorough cleanliness of floors, surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and other items as directed by supervisor.
• Moving, lifting, pushing, pulling up to 75lbs without restrictions.
• Constant awareness of safety hazards, (i.e. broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks, and suspicious persons) and report to Supervisor or the Managing Office. Follow all training procedures.
• Follow through on lost and found procedures.
• Practice all safety standards at all times.
• Remain courteous, coachable, and flexible at all times.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests and coworkers at all times.
• Responsible for your uniform and grooming standards being maintained.
• Must provide own transportation.

• Houseman experience desired (but not mandatory).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Spanish desired (but not mandatory.

This position requires the employee to engage in frequent walking, lifting up to 75lbs & far vision; constant standing, bending over, crawling, reaching, crouching kneeling, balancing, pushing/pulling, lifting up to 50lbs, manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, near vision & hearing; sitting, fine motor skills.

Working inside, alone, closely with others, above ground, with detergents & chemicals as well as walking on uneven surfaces and climbing on ladders.
