    1099 EYEWEAR SALES REP OVERVIEW:

    Working in collaboration with the USA area manager, the Etnia Account Executive successfully develops the independent wholesale channel distribution of Etnia Eyewear Culture brands - Etnia Barcelona and lool - beginning with an established customer base in the counties of San Diego, Orange, and Riverside, and strategically adding new points of sale in this region, with the goal of achieving sales targets in conjunction with the company's commercial strategy.

    The successful candidate:

    • long-term relationships with clients in the designated territory through regular in-store meetings, as well as occasional trunk shows and trade shows.​
    • business development opportunities with existing and prospective customers, analyzes trends, and monitors the in-store activity of competitor brands, maximizing sell-in and sell-out opportunities and the achievement of ongoing sales and distribution targets.​
    • brand awareness by ensuring an ideal product assortment, in-store merchandising, and adequate customer knowledge of the company's product, values, and customer facing operations.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:​

    • 3-5 years eyewear sales territory management with proven sales success
    • A personal commitment to meet our customer needs and company objectives​.
    • Strong communication, customer service, presentation, and organization skills​
    • Limited overnight travel nights/year for this region)​
