- Identify and secure sales through new retail accounts.
- Act as primary contact for assigned accounts, providing day to day support and communication including order status, product information and issues, etc.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecast information to support appropriate operational and financial planning.
- Coordinate and facilitate new business through internal processes and functions including marketing, merchandising, customer service and management.
- Set up, manage and facilitate seasonal sales launches in conjunction with the operations calendar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand potential spend and future opportunities while growing account volume.
- Travel to customer locations for seasonal line breaks and as needed.
- Effectively manage expense budget.

- Years of Related Professional Experience : 5 years of retail selling experience, footwear industry preferred 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success growing both new and existing accounts
- Experience with Work and Industrial Retailers.
- Strong interpersonal skills; an articulate and grammatically correct communication style
- Excellent PC skills including advanced knowledge of excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiating skills
- Strong ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to travel up to 70% of the time. This position supports the Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana territory and will require residence in one of those locations.
