The company is a leading distributor of premium brands of machinery and equipment, and supports its clients in a variety of markets across the Caribbean region.
Our client is looking to recruit a Spanish-speaking Sales Director to join its executive team.The incumbent will be part of the leadership team and provide strategic input to support the business growth in key market segments in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in business management or engineering, MBA a plus
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, with increasing experience in leadership roles.
Familiarity with dynamics within a network of distributors and dealers of premiums brands of OEMs in markets such as construction, industrial, power.
Industry expertise across diverse customer segments.
Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Willingness to work in-person and travel internationally as required.
