- Provide the commercial strategy to ensure growth in the relevant MRO and
- Build a comprehensive new growth opportunity pipeline and drive growth initiatives (new accounts, new customers) based on market trends and data analysis in the MRO and commercial/ industrial channels.
- Develop substantial stocking programs with distributors and customer accounts while maximizing other sales opportunities.
- Drive analysis on market development and a 5-year strategic road map.
- Set objectives for sales results and market development activities.
- Generate monthly sales reports, pipeline updates, and goal tracker.
- Work with customer leadership and field staff to implement strategies to meet sales objectives.
- Become a product and brand expert to train and support distributors sales teams.

- Gain deep knowledge of Industrial markets, and customer and competitor dynamics to inform and guide our strategic direction.
- Engage in lead development activities such as trade shows, networking, and research.
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Have a wealth of experience in managing and developing sales in the Commercial Industrial or MRO domain (any commercial experience with chemicals, sealants, tapes or adhesives is ideal).
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence others, generate excitement, and exceed business goals.
- Be a highly motivated and energetic leader with strong organizational skills.
- Be financially & commercially astute – a good understanding of contracts (including terms e.g. commercial trades, logistics, and pricing), business financials, and reporting.
- Be a natural, proactive communicator with proven negotiation skills.
- Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems through good analytical skills.
- Be a results-orientated, self-driven individual with passion, enthusiasm and energy and the ability to influence with and without authority in a multi-disciplinary, matrixed environment.
