    What You Will Do: We believe that the success of our business is inherently intertwined with the success of our partners and customers. Joining our Customer Success team, you will play an instrumental role in our partner's post-sales journey with IRONSCALES. Your goal will be simple - help partners (primarily MSP partners)onboard, adopt, and champion IRONSCALES. Happy MSP partners will be able to train their own internal teams, meaning activating IRONSCALES license growth for each MSP.

    Core Responsibilities Include:

    • Establish and achieve partner adoption/expansion goals through onboarding, technical evangelization, relationship-building with partners
    • Promote the brand image and value through the customer experience, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every partner/customer you interact with
    • Facilitate onboarding processes for new partners, as well as own the ongoing operational meetings with new and existing partners
    • Champion IRONSCALES value proposition, conduct product onboarding, and train partners on new features of IRONSCALES
    • Articulate additional IRONSCALES services and products to existing partners to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
    • Continuously monitor partner (and their corresponding customer) satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in the experience
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs and feedback are effectively communicated and addressed, especially as it relates to product roadmap requests and tracking
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and new product developments
    • Develop a mastery of IRONSCALES product, as well as the broader world of Cybersecurity and Email Phishing
    What We Need From You:
    • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS technology client-facing role, leading and engaging with customers, technologists, or partners
    • Agile and able to adjust quickly, navigate and prioritize multiple situations and challenges
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Genuinely great with people, passionate about building long-term professional relationships
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong technical skills and business acumen
    • Strong analytical skills and great project management capabilities
    • Excellent English level - written and spoken
    • 4-year degree is desirable, but not required
