- Meet with customers to scheduling customer appointments, close sales, and set up service enrollment ensuring all customer information is accurate and up to date
- Ensure company protocols, policies, and goals are upheld while representing our clients with empathy and professionalism
- Communicate professionally, intelligently, and persuasively to engage customers on the value and benefits of our services and products
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of our clients by attending daily meetings in order to effectively educate consumers on deals or sales promotions
- Be on the front lines answering questions, elucidating concerns, and finding effective solutions to customer issues to close sales
- Propose new solutions, ideas, and approaches to current processes in order to increase customer retainment and bolster sales revenue
- High School diploma or GED; college degree or currently pursuing preferred
- Prior experience in entry level customer service, sales, or account executive, client facing, or business development is preferred
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of individuals
- People person with a superior, pleasant and friendly demeanor
- Remarkable ability to be helpful, go above and beyond and take care of customers
