    Benefits:

    • Agency start-up bonus of up to $5,000

    Compensation:

    $100,000+ yearly

    Responsibilities:

    This opportunity is designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and who have:

    • A desire to build and grow their own successful agency
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Background in sales or marketing
    • A background in entrepreneurial growth
    • The ability to work collaboratively with staff and learn from a mentor district manager/business coach
    • Effective time-management skills and self-reliance to accomplish conversion goals
    • The ability to communicate the value of Farmer's product offerings
    Qualifications:

    We are always on the lookout for individuals who are looking to take control of their future and if you're interested we would love to speak with you. There are a couple of things we need from you though.

    • College degree is preferred, but not required
    • Sales & customer service & management experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Desire to be active in the community
    • No bankruptcies within the last 12 months
    • Not more than $5000 in collections
    • Insurance licenses (or willing to obtain)
