JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales Manager at a Genesis dealership is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations within the showroom.
The Sales Manager plays a critical role in achieving sales targets, maximizing profitability, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales success and ensuring outstanding customer experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the showroom sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives. Analyze market trends and competition to adapt strategies as needed.

Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor showroom sales staff. Ensure team members have the product knowledge and sales skills to excel in their roles.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales consultants, setting individual and team goals and providing regular feedback and performance reviews.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure the showroom is well-stocked with Genesis vehicles and that inventory is effectively managed to optimize sales.

Customer Experience: Ensure that all customer interactions in the showroom provide a positive and memorable experience. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and professionally.

Sales Process: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to vehicle delivery. Ensure that sales consultants follow best practices and maintain high ethical standards.

Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, providing insights into sales performance, customer demographics, and market trends. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Sales Promotions: Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing initiatives to attract customers to the showroom and drive sales growth.

Customer Follow-Up: Establish and implement post-sale follow-up and customer retention processes. Encourage repeat business and referrals through exceptional service.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including vehicle sales contracts and documentation.

Budget Management: Manage the sales department's budget effectively, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.

Sales Meetings: Conduct regular sales team meetings to communicate objectives, share best practices, and address challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS
