Full-time; ExemptCompensation : 60-75k + BonusLocation : Remote, NM, AZ, CO, NV preferredSummaryThis person will partner with a region to lead talent acquisition efforts.
This person will be able to work remotely for the majority of their work time withtravel needed within their region or to local communities of up to 10-15% oftime.
Duties and Responsibilities of the PositionThe Recruiter will lead recruiting efforts for a region.You will lead the efforts ofsourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for all levels of community staffwithin the region while being part of the Human Resources team in supportingour communities in having top level talent to provide care to our treasuredresidents.
Job DutiesBuild, maintain and continuously improve a company-wide recruitment strategywith a focus on unique needs of each community for success in hiring andretaining top talent.
Report on recruiting metrics and analytics on a regular cadence.Identify and support different sourcing strategies to support high growth with afocus on obtaining prime relationships with passive talent.
Collaborate with community and regional leadership to establish trust andcredibility across the organization. Show an understanding and model of thecompany culture, support business objectives and demonstrate partnership for astrategy for each community.
Oversee compliance with organizational hiring standards and internal policiesand procedures. Ensures compliance with all employment regulations and laws.
Assists in developing and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, bestpractices in compensation strategies and overall employer of choice model.
Apply continuous learning within the industry, regions of operation and general,innovative talent attraction strategies.
Drive the quality of the employee experience, engagement, retention andrecruitment effectiveness.
Train interviewers and hiring managers within the region to use best practicesthat are legal and effective in identification of top talent.
Continuously improve ATS and other tools and processes to create a bettercandidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience that is scalable for growth.
Be the subject matter expert on best utilization of job posting sites and tools(such as Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, etc.) to best utilize budget and bestmarket our recruiting brand across multiple outlets.

Education:
A college degree is preferred but not necessary if work experiencefulfills requirements and skills needed to do the job
Human Resources:
Knowledge of HR laws and best practices while beingcommitted to the specialty of recruiting
Technology and Systems:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, adept at using data toshow success/opportunities of recruiting efforts, and proven ability to access,implement and continuously improve recruiting technology and media
Travel:
